Notes for Vendors:

• Swap meet will take place each Saturday through September 19, 2020 from 7am-4pm at 223 S. Margrave St. in Fort Scott.  This is an outdoor event in the parking lot adjacent to The Venue.
• Pre-registration by the Thursday prior to event requested.
• Vendors may register through Monalynn at 417-689-9289, on fortscott.com, or at the Chamber office.
• No electricity provided, but you may bring your own generator/power.
• Tent/overhead cover not provided, bring your own tent, table or other setup.
• Please do not park under the awning connected to the venue, event organizers will be stationed there.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting & submitting their own sales tax or any other fees with the KDOR.
• Event happens rain or shine, unless canceled at organizers discretion. Vending fee may be applied to a future Saturday, but no refunds.
